Photograph Digitization
We scan photographs of all sizes, from wallet-sized prints to large format panoramas. Each image is scanned at a minimum of 600 DPI, ensuring sufficient resolution for printing or digital display.
Our process includes:

- Dust removal and basic correction
- TIFF and JPEG delivery formats
- Manual quality inspection of every scan

Slide and Negative Conversion
Slides and negatives contain exceptional detail that standard photo scanners cannot capture. We use dedicated film scanners designed specifically for transparent media.
Process includes:
- High-resolution scanning up to 4000 DPI
- Color restoration and balance correction
- Dust and scratch removal
- Frame-by-frame inspection
Supports 35mm slides, medium format transparencies, and negative strips in various formats.

Document Scanning
Birth certificates, letters, military service records, newspaper clippings, and other paper documents require careful handling and appropriate scanning techniques.
Our document service includes:
- Flatbed scanning for fragile materials
- OCR text recognition for searchable PDFs
- Multiple format output options
- Careful handling of aged or delicate paper
We accommodate documents up to A3 size. Larger items require special assessment.

Photo Restoration
Damaged photographs can often be restored to near-original condition. Our restoration specialists work on tears, stains, fading, and missing sections.
Restoration process:
- High-resolution scanning of damaged original

- Multiple revision rounds included

Digital Archive Organization
Raw scans are only part of preservation. Proper organization makes your digital archive usable for years to come.
Organization service includes:
- Logical folder structure based on your preferences
- Consistent file naming conventions
- Metadata tagging for dates and locations
- Cloud storage setup and USB delivery
- User guide for maintaining the archive
This service is essential for large collections or multi-generational archives.
Project Rate
Covers up to 500 files

Turnaround time: Standard projects are completed within 10-15 business days from receipt of materials. Rush service available for an additional fee.
Shipping: We provide prepaid shipping labels for customers within the UK. International shipping is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment terms: 50% deposit required to begin work. Balance due upon completion before delivery of digital files.
